How To Cook Deboned Chickens

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 75 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

  1. Thaw in fridge overnight before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Place in pan breast side down.
  4. Cook uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  5. After cooking, remove string, slice and serve.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put 1/4 inch of water in pan.
  3. Place thawed round steak into pan, cover with foil.
  4. Bake covered for 2 – 3 hours until fork tender.

  3. Add 1/4 water in pot.
  4. When hot add cooked rice.
